Did you choose wrong size? Or did we fail you somehow? We are terribly sorry, but don’t worry! As a consumer under Czech laws, you have a right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the product. During this period it is completely OK if you change your mind about the purchase and if you decide so, you can return the product or ask us to replace it for different one which is in stock, all of it without any penalty.
How to proceed?
Firstly, please write us an email to obchod@hafans.dog so that we can check whether you meet the right to return or exchange the goods. Then we will give you instructions how to proceed.
In order to withdraw from the purchase contract correctly, you must deliver us straightforward notice of withdrawal. But you don’t have to worry about anything. Here’s a template, which you can download – simply click here. If possible, please print it out, fill it out, sign it and send it via registered letter* (preferably together with the goods you wish to return) onto following addres:
